* Add debian/local/apport-hook.py: Apport package hook, thanks to
Brian Murray! Install it in debian/rules if we build for Ubuntu.

debdiffs are still okay (package is maintained on bzr.debian.org, and
has a mirror on code.lp.net).
I committed it to the packaging branch now; will upload after alpha-5
freeze.
