Binary package hint: nautilus

1. make a directory or file and add a diacritical sign in the name (e.g. 
"fișier")
2. right click on the file and select rename (or press F2 while the file is 
selected)
3. try to move the cursor with the arrow keys. Notice that it is frozen.
4. Press HOME. Notice that the cursor moves to the start of the filename and 
that it is unfrozen. You can move it around until you reach a diacritic. Then 
it freezes again.
