Binary package hint: openvas-server

Hi,

Reason to process this sync:
Actual version of openvas-server FTBFS, because it's using libopenvas1-dev, 
that does not exist in Ubuntu. 
Trying to use libopenvas2-dev does not fix the FTBFS, so the only solution to 
have a working package is to sync openvas-server 2.0.0-2 from Debian unstable.

This sync has to be processed after Bug #336904, otherwise openvas-
server will FTBFS.
