Hi Dan,
I notice nothing wrong with this mirror. After many tries on different
files the download speed is around 7Mbps no slowdown. There just seems
to have an issue when connecting in IPv6.
If you think the problem is your wireless card, did you tried with a
wired connection ?

No, I've been unable to. I think my wireless card has bad modules
though. A laptop with the same distro, same mirror, different wireless
card is fine.
