The impact is indeed very low. On the other hand I may say that it's
pretty late in the release cycle for NEW packages to go in but since
it's going to be useful for Django projects and the impact is very low,
I'm not objecting.

The package builds (with debhelper 7.0.17ubuntu4), installs and works
fine without modifications. It's going to be a useful tool to evaluate
Django projects and will hopefully improve Django projects around the
globe. :-)
Its impact is very little.
