I'm pretty sure the map projection problems were all fixed a while back;
9.04 should be fine, but 9.10 definitely is.

This would be a problem in the selector in the installer, not in tzdata.
Do you still have the problem in current karmic?

This is much closer to London than I had, sorry I should have tried to
get a snapshot. This is still not the right location though, would we
not expect it to be closer? What is the source of the coordinates?
