Hi,
Version: Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty Jackalope Alternate Install CD
In the further steps of rescue mode, the system tries to find available
partitions to mount. It does a check by running /bin/list-devices
partition to enumerate the partition list. The script checks block
devices, meta devices, lvm volumes and even usb disks. However, it does
not check for volumes activated by dmraid although these partitions
reside under /dev/mapper and completely accessible.
