I remembered seeing some discussion on solving this on amarok-devel a
while back but couldn't find a link. Conan/Dan, please report back when
Amarok 2.2 is released about the status of this bug.

I believe that the source file responsible for this behavior is
src/collection/sqlcollection/OrganizeCollectionDialog.cpp,
particularly the ignoreThe() function.
