Ok, I think I found why I don't see this. This is only happening in
older versions of Ubuntu, as far as I see only hardy has this problem
and it was fixed starting in Intrepid. So one option of solving this for
you would be to upgrade your version of Ubuntu (be aware, this will
change many other
Setting to fix-released in filelight as newer versions do not show this
problem any more, the hardy backports product decides if it should be
backported to hardy to also provide a fix there.

use english error message in title. Obviously there too many files
included in the base package which causes the i10n package to fail to
install.

show which package provides the conflicting file for you:

The title is automatic. Filelight fails and it reports automatically of bug.
The situation is simple:
apt-get install filelight -- no problem
apt-get install filelight-i18n -- error:
