I have most recent ubuntu version and it happens every time i close the lid, the comp just freezez up, does not go to sleep (or hibernate, whichever it should be), have to perform hard powerdown , as to the rest ill see what i can do when time permits :) -- [Dell Inc. Inspiron 910] suspend/resume
