Apparrently that's a problem with gvfsd-trash. To reproduce the bug, just simply empty the folder and you could (perhaps) see the icon didn't changed, to fix the bug manually you could kill all process of gvfsd-trash, kill nautilus to refresh the desktop and then it's fixed. But doesn't work for
