Public bug reported: I'm using Kubuntu Jaunty on Dell XPS m1330(nVidia).
Changing brightness level works both using FN-Up/Down keys and from Power Manager applet. However, when changing brightness levels using FN-Up/Down keys, its not affected in Power Manager - i.e. its brightness slider does not move. Also, no notification about % of current brightness level is shown when using Fn-Up/Down keys (I do not know if there should be any now, but in Hardy, it was). ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Dell XPS m1330: brightness level change by buttons is not reflected in power manager https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/369688 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
