Public bug reported:

One of the two CPUs (AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+) is
always full with kernel threads. htop shows a full red bar on CPU1
(2nd). I don't know how to investigate this problem, to find out which
kernel thread is using all that CPU. I'm not even sure it has an impact
on the performance (but since I'm having problems with audio stuff I'd
like to be sure it's not this problem).
