[intrepid] quanta suggest install cervisia that is already installed

Quanta complains about missing Cervisia although it's already installed.

Though Cervicia and some other parts of kdewebdev are already ported to kde4
and can be installed and used, quanta still isn't there. That's why having a
kde3 version of quanta you can't use other applications in quanta.

Hello there,
It's been almost four weeks since I've reported this bug, nothing changed, not
even the status.
I could (and in the meantime did) switch to other tools available in the market
so that I can keep on working on my current projects.
I know people here donate their time in order to help
