Binary package hint: openoffice.org-ogltrans
When I upgraded to OpenOffice.Org 3.1 on my Karmic test box, I also
installed the openoffice.org-ogltrans extension. However, with this
extension enabled, my slideshows will not work. The first one I tried
resulted in an X server crash. After that, it would just display a
blank screen but would not respond to any user input, so I would have to
use the powerbutton to turn the PC off. My PC has an Nvidia 8600m GT
using the Nvidia 185.18.08 drivers, but I have tried other driver
versions and the problem is the same.
