actually the README.source was required before but the patch is no more
necessary.

Sorry I'm not an expert but:
- why should it be a XSBC-Original-Maintainer field? this package doesn't exist
in debian, it exist only in ubuntu.
- you required a README.source file for the patch system but there is no patch.

* uscan worked for me in getting the upstream tarball, but get-orig-source
didn't (resulted in a 404 error). Please either correct the rule, or remove it
altogether.
* There is no XSBC-Original-Maintainer field.
* Latest Standards-Version is 3.8.1.
* Package lacks a README.source file for the pat
