Do you still have this problem with the new version of OOo in the ppa at
https://launchpad.net/~openoffice-pkgs/+archive ?
For me paste special is ctrl-shift-v and it works with the version in
the ppa for me (I'm running on karmic).

Sorry I somehow misread your bug report. Yes this bug seems to occur
because both Notes and Ok have the same keybinding.

you using? (i.e. writer? spreadsheet? draw? etc.)
