I am sorry for the delay in responding. I had almost given up trying the
latest Ubuntu releases.
So I am delighted to report that the latest Ubuntu and Kubuntu 10.04
work perfectly with the Elantech Touchpad and Clevo keyboard.
Not only that but the new releases look beautiful too.
Please include the outputs of the following commands by typing then in
terminal..
1. cat /proc/bus/input/devices ~/devices.txt
2. xinput -list --long ~/xinput.txt
3. /var/log/xorg.0.log ~/xorg.0.log
Include these results in seperate comments. All these files will be reverted to
your home
Though real package could only be known when the bug reporter reports with
uploads ...
but still as no package is assigned I'm changing to a possible related package
...
