This is due to the stripping of identical C == strings.
Apparently we need to restrict this to English.

I've checked Kmail translations in Launchpad and in language-pack-kde-fr
source package.
Upstream template from Stable branch (kde 4.2.2) : 2703 strings,
translation complete
Launchpad translations : kmail template has 2702 strings, it seems to be
identical to upstream (minus one string ?)
