Public bug reported: Binary package hint: pixelize
pixelize does not follow GNOME HIG, including menus and standard keyboard shortcuts. As Ubuntu is a GNOME based distro, I think it would be helpful to fix these issues to make pixelize fit into the environment. I am working from: http://library.gnome.org/devel/hig-book/stable/menus-standard.html.en http://library.gnome.org/devel/hig-book/stable/input-keyboard.html.en#choosing-access-keys In the File menu, the "Open" entry should be changed to "Open..." and assigned a keyboard shortcut of Ctrl+O. The keyboard access key should be "O". The "Save" menu item should be assigned a keyboard shortcut of Ctrl+S and an access key of "S". The "Quit" menu item should be assigned a keyboard shortcut of Ctrl+Q and an access key of "Q". In the "Options" menu, the "Render" options can be moved to the file menu, after Save and before Quit. In the "Options" menu, the "Options" item should be changed to "Preferences" with an access key of "e", and no keyboard shortcut. The "Options" menu itself should be changed to "Edit". pixelize: Installed: 1.0.0-1 ** Affects: pixelize (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- pixelize does not follow standard keyboard shortcuts and menus https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/384673 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
