In Hardy (x86_64) cannot install rar archiver (the one from Eugene Roshal) from
add-remove....
The app RAR is displayed among the application list (from "all available
applications") but is not checkable for installation.
If you install it through synaptic all go ok.
Then, if you open again add-remove ... you will see that rar is not removable.

installed .
