Okay after changing the language to English (I used German) the freeze
didn't occur again. Since I couldn't find any newer deb-package for
Jaunty I downloaded the newest sources from http://www.mnemosyne-
proj.org/ (version 1.2.1) and created a new deb with checkinstall. With
