EN-GB translations are in package language-pack-kde-en-base. I suggested
the fix in the translations part of launchpad, but somehow it hasn't
made it to the newest version of the package in KDE 4.3 (in the Karmic
repos).

May it's because you're using en-gb language-pack. This is the GB

If you are talking about the menu bar at the top of the application (usually
turned off by default) that looks fine to me. It just says Edit
If you are talking about the menu that you get when you right click an event,
the ... after Edit is intentional,

I fear, I have to reopen the bug (see attached screenshot). And I'm not
sure why the menu bar is supposedly switched off by default. In every
Korganizer version I've seen so far it was turned on, as in every other
KDE application.
