So, basically, it is impossible to hit any key[e.g. PrtScrn] while
holding down any shortcut[e.g. Shift+Mouse1]? Sounds reasonable...

shortcuts and handled differently, having shift changing the key action
is something very useful to add shortcuts

Shift-Mouse1 is a keyboard shortcut in itself. Any extra key presses
should not be treated as keyboard shortcuts in addition to any keys held
down for the one that is active.
