I own a card like this. Under the V-Stream sticker on the tuner it had
another sticker with this kind of info on it : TNF-8831-BGFF. Searched
for it at the video4linux and found that tuner type at the
CARDLIST.tuner . It is number 48. Changed it from 38 as you mentioned
and tuner is working now. (
