@nandhp: that looks like a bug with debian-el then.. it should not depend on reportbug for Ubuntu then maybe. On the other hand, it provides Emacs helpers specific to Debian users and therefore it makes sense to get Debian related tools through it. @David and @Gabe: can you provide your output of
