AppArmor and SElinux both do the same thing. Try to disable AppArmor
and see if that helps solve problem.

The default is: apparmor.enabled=0 selinux=1which stops loading
The following option combos boot OK:
apparmor.enabled=1 selinux=0
AND
apparmor.enable=0 selinux=0
This kernel, at least on my machine, does not run SELINUX. I will
enable apparmor and will not attempt to remove SELINUX.

Is this due to a conflict between AppArmor and Selinux? Does one or the
other have to be disabled?
