library without rdepends/build-rdepends, no bugs in BTS, already in testing for
some time.
Having taken a closer look the only reason to have libdmtx in Ubuntu is for
someone to develop an application against it. Based on this, +1 from me.

Yes, we obviously need more information. Why should we consider this?
Just because you wrote a program that uses the latest version doesn't
mean that we should update it, especially at this point.
