I found a bug while working on a custom install cd for 9.04 via a
preseed file.
Source: Alternate CD
Type: 32 bit
Version: 9.04
I wrote my custom preseed file but the installer isn't able to create the user
i want to during install:
My user section in preseed.cfg looks
Passwords go in passwords.dat, but in any case they carefully aren't
saved to the installed system. (We've had security exposures in this
area in the past and are very careful about it.)
Could you please take a system installed using this preseed file, and
attach /var/log/installer/syslog to this
