I agree with ijk that evince should provide keybindings (customizable,
if possible) for as many functionalities as possible, and least for:
* navigating through the history,
* reaching the page number field.

I think this is two issues
1) Add menu entries and accompanying keybindings for existing
functionality. I notice there is an 'autoscroll' feature which is also
not in the menus.

Well, I really don't think this is an exact duplicate. 262073 talks
about a special key, found in special keyboards/laptops, being used for
scrolling (i.e. page up and down; not back and forward). Here, the
