Binary package hint: pidgin
Pidgin provides a way to change icq passwd (accounts -> icq -> change
password) but it doesn't run. In fact the new passwd isn't applied
(pidgin doesn't report any errors but you always have to type old passwd
to login to icq).
Tested with Hardy and pidgin 2.4.1
