Public bug reported:

Hi,

I have just download the ubuntu karmic alpha 3 and I install it on a Eeepc
1000H.
I was agreably suprised because the hotkeys seems to function, particularly the
wifi hotkey (Fcn + F2).
In fact, when I push this hotkey when the wifi network is switch off, the wifi
seems to switch on.
But after that, if I push the hotkey another time (in order to switch off from
on), a black screen appears, the mouse freezes and nothing else...

I can't give you extra information about this functionning because when
the black screen appears I only have one alternative : to push on the
power button during several seconds...

Thank you for considerating my problem.

Hardware configuration : Asus Eeepc 1000 H
Software configuration : Ubuntu Karmic alpha 3
Kernel version : 2.6.31-3.19
