gwibber uses gnome-keyring and the keyring needs to be unlocked that's
not a bug, the wording not being optimal is a known issue

IHi Allan,
I agree with your reasoning but I'm not sure if a package (e.g. gwibber) can
tell the keyring what information to display.
So let the devvers have a look at this. IMO this is more like a WhishList topic
than a bug.
