Yes. This bug resolved.
to resolve this bug:
sudo apt-get install -f alsa-* pulseaudio*
sudo dpkg-reconfigure -a
after restart no sound again,
I started alsamixergui I found "head.." volume is low and not enabled. In this
time alsamixer -c0 head volume is low also.

Did you also check the settings in System> Preferences> Sound?
Also, try the command:
alsamixer -c0
to ensure all the volume are turned up.
