Once the sync is done you can mark the bugs manually.
Please convert the bug description to suite a sync bug. Once I confirm
that the package builds fine in pbuilder, I will subscribe ubuntu-
archive team.

Those are the only remaining changes, as you can see in the changelog
entry of the debian maintainer, all other ubuntu deltas are now in
debian.
I've built the package in a karmic pbuilder and installed it in a VM
running an up to date karmic system. The package installs and launches
fine,

Your debdiff contains only changelog entries, change of maintainer field
and change of build dependency openjdk to default-jdk. Is this correct?
Does this mean all other changes have been merged in Debian? If that is
the case we can drop the openjdk -> default-jdk change and make a sync.
The debdiff against debian is attached, the debdiff against
3.1.1.0-4ubuntu1 is 14M but I can make it available on request.
