The FileSystem indeed had problems and was fixed with fsck.
Please give me some guidance. Sometimes while updating the system also
complains about not finding some *.so, incluinding a libgeoip1*.so.

After the last update my main partition was corrupted (fsck fixed it), and I
lost my system all together.
I now can only work in recovery mode.
