Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: tzdata

Egypt recently changed its daylight saving time schedule to end at
midnight, 21 August 2009 (see http://www.timeanddate.com/news/time
/egypt-dst-ends-2009.html). Therefore my system should now be
displaying the local time in Egypt as UTC+2, but it is still displaying
UTC+3.

** Affects: tzdata (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
