Well Pedro, consider that it's not mandatory that "on this computer"
account is the default one. So you can create for many reasons other
accounts and you only want to display the default. For some reasons "on
this computer" accounts cannot be renamed (bug #399167) and hidden.

Yes Pedro, if I disable "On This Computer" account I shouldn't see this
last on the account windows (on the left side of evolution) as I can do
with other defined accounts.

Thanks for the report Marco, to be clear, what you expect is if you
disable your pop account the "On This Computer" thing and all the Trash,
Sent, etc folder should be vanished from Evolution? If is not that,
could you please make a more clear description of the issue, thanks.
