Public bug reported: Binary package hint: openbox
Openbox on Karmic (not tested on versions before) generates a personal rc.xml in .config/openbox/ Though this file is meant to be edited by the user it contains the following warning: <!-- Do not edit this file, it will be overwritten on install. Copy the file to $HOME/.config/openbox/ instead. --> The warning therefore is in the file it hints the user to edit instead of current one which is wrong and might lead to confusion. Suggestion for a fix: 1. Remove the two lines above. or 2. Replace them by something like <!-- This is your personal rc.xml configuration file for Openbox. Feel free to edit it to your needs. More information can be found in /usr/share/doc/openbox --> ** Affects: openbox (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- openbox personal rc.xml contains wrong warning https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/423011 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
