So you don't have cyrillic fonts installed and you get a warning. Hardly
a reason to break the xserver for those who need those fonts.

mkdir /usr/share/fonts/X11/cyrillic
echo 0 /usr/share/fonts/X11/cyrillic/fonts.dir
gets rid of the warning too.
