Tomasz can you please request a manual MO download from rosetta for
gnome-control-center ?
Copy the file to /usr/share/locale-langpacl/pl/LC_MESSAGES and see if this can
fix the problem.

I'm using the current, completely updated karmic. Will add some

gnome-control-center is fully
the issue is not a gnome-control-center one, the translations are in the
rosetta template, the template built after the build and used when in
the installed mo file too, seems rosetta used outdated version though
and that should be fixed in the next update
