Binary package hint: ubiquity

Installing an OEM version of UNR. After installing and rebooting and
going thought the first steps options, the install procedure continues.
A slight pause on my machine meant that I saw "Configuring Keyboard" at
"120%" for a few seconds. This recovered to a more normal percentage
when the installer continued.
