Thank you for submitting this bug and reporting a problem with cups and
printing. You made this bug report some time ago and Ubuntu has been updated
since then.
Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that

seems to work. I can print now
Looks like the server is accepting the job, but wont send a response.
There is one other bug for me now, the filename is always 'unknown'. Can
this be resolved?

I tried printing from a Windows installation in Virtualbox and it worked
perfectly with my username and password. The server should thus work
fine (at least for windows systems)
