I can confirm this for 6.06 Kubuntu with KDE 3.5.5 (for two different
installations); I will try this again tonight with my 6.10 box to see if
it is also an issue or not.

sync it from where? It's not in debian.
I was trying to build it last night, but it's not allowing the .pot file
generation patch, as they've changed the build system, i think.
Will hopefully look more later.

No progress in both dapper and edgy (beta): An autostart entry created
with kcontrol-autostart with an up-to-date edgy system (kcontrol-
autostart 0.1-0ubuntu3) still raises the following error: "Error -
KDesktop: The desktop entry file /home/user/.kde/Autostart/app.desktop
has no Type=... entry"
What is the status of this bug? Has the patch been released to
dapper/edgy?
