This is NOT a bug with GNOME Do!
My guess is this is a bug with GNOME Shell. The price you pay for
running unreleased software. ;-) Please file against that proper
package.

gnome-screensaver does not hide gnome-do completely
Sorry, I just mixed gnome-do and gnome-shell. But let me add that just
marking this as invalid is quite bad triaging as the bug exists within
official Ubuntu packages. So updating this report would have been more
friendly and more productive. And there is no need of telling a user
that he needs
