All themes can _not_ be downloaded because there is a bug on wget (LP:
#473024) due to a problem caused by slow IPv6 lookups (LP: #417757).

Bugs,
I should add that this version corrects a few critical bugs (when I say
critical, I mean lead to a crash), plus 2 major bugs coming directly
from some changes in Karmic (a bug in GTK and another in wget).
also an over-critical bug exists (and has been fixed as soon as we
learnt it) and deletes

I will add two patchs for these two bugs.
