The solution of lamyseba doesn't work to translate kdevelop 3.5. I have get the
deb package of edgy:

I uncompress it:
dpkg -x kde-i18n-fr_3.5.6-0ubuntu1~edgy1_all.deb kde-i18n-fr

Carlos Perello Marin: language-pack-kde-fr was already installed when I
Installed quantaplus from the official repository. I am always up to date with
the last packages in kubuntu 7.04-feisty (auto update). Still, quanta appeared
in english the firstime I launched it and I had to do the

refreshed now that the bug is fixed. Please, file a bug against
language-pack-kde-fr-base (or the language you are having problems
with). Explain that it lacks quanta translations due to this bug.

This affect the french translation in Kubuntu feisty too.
