Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

On Ubuntu 9.10 (upgraded from Ubuntu Beta to final), Ubuntu One says
"Capabilities Mismatch" when it starts. It says I have a newer version
of the client than the server, and that the server will probably be
upgraded shortly. Good thing I do not store anything important there
yet. I did check to see if there are any updates available today, but
there are none.

$ apt-cache policy ubuntuone-client
