Public bug reported: Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client
On Ubuntu 9.10 (upgraded from Ubuntu Beta to final), Ubuntu One says "Capabilities Mismatch" when it starts. It says I have a newer version of the client than the server, and that the server will probably be upgraded shortly. Good thing I do not store anything important there yet. I did check to see if there are any updates available today, but there are none. $ apt-cache policy ubuntuone-client ubuntuone-client: Installed: 1.0.2-0ubuntu1 Candidate: 1.0.2-0ubuntu1 Version table: *** 1.0.2-0ubuntu1 0 500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com karmic/main Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status ProblemType: Bug .home.tdison..cache.ubuntuone.log.syncdaemon.exceptions.log: 2009-10-29 11:12:19,015 - ubuntuone.SyncDaemon.ActionQueue - ERROR - Capabilities query failed: The server doesn't have the requested capabilities .home.tdison..config.ubuntuone.ubuntuone.client.conf: [ubuntuone] bookmarked = True connected = False connect = 0 show_applet = 1 Architecture: i386 Date: Thu Oct 29 11:13:37 2009 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 9.10 Package: ubuntuone-client 1.0.2-0ubuntu1 PackageArchitecture: all ProcEnviron: LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.31-14.48-generic SourcePackage: ubuntuone-client Uname: Linux 2.6.31-14-generic i686 XsessionErrors: (gnome-settings-daemon:1408): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_propagate_error: assertion `src != NULL' failed (gnome-settings-daemon:1408): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_propagate_error: assertion `src != NULL' failed (nautilus:1511): Eel-CRITICAL **: eel_preferences_get_boolean: assertion `preferences_is_initialized ()' failed (polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1:1534): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_once_init_leave: assertion `initialization_value != 0' failed (gnome-panel:1510): Gtk-WARNING **: gtk_widget_size_allocate(): attempt to allocate widget with width -4 and height 24 ** Affects: ubuntuone-client (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug i386 -- At startup, Ubuntu One on 9.10 says "Capabilities Mismatch" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/463439 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
