I too, confirm this Bug.
The way to manually fix it is to create soft links to libTix8.X.X.so and
libTix8.X.X.so.1 in /usr/lib/Tix8.4/ that point to the respective
libraries in /usr/lib/libTix8.X.X.so and .../libTix8.X.X.so.1 -- But
that might not be the right way to fix it. In dapper it seems
