Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openerp-client

When launching openerp-client-5.0.3 it complains that the package pytz
is not installed and that therefore the timezone features won't work.

The message stops displaying at launch after installing the package
python-tz. This package should be set as a dependency of openerp-client,
currently it is listed neither as a required, optional nor suggested
one.

This problem was encountered after upgrading my system from Ubuntu 9.04
to Ubuntu 9.10.
